Creating a custom icon system/framework and refreshed design.

The challenge:

UNSW Sydney was launching a new misconduct reporting system and process and required campaign creative and messaging to educate and inform students, staff, academics and university leadership.

The aim: Communicate that UNSW Sydney is committed to supporting every individual who experiences or witnesses wrongdoing at the University.

Project requirements:

  • Education on the types of misconduct that can be reported.

  • Establish a degree of trust that UNSW will support them.

  • Provide a call to action to report misconduct when or if they experience or witness it. 

Creative approach delivered:

  • Highlights key message

  • Works within current UNSW Sydney brand framework

  • Delivers clear reasons to trust the reporting process and that the focus is on support

  • Presents the message in a distinctive way

  • Provides clarity on what can be reported and how to report.
